We are all connected through our vibrations. With music, we can access our true inner core and enjoy timeless togetherness. Frequency is our language; it connects us, no matter where we come from, what we look like, or what we believe in. There is no separation. There is only us in this moment. In the workshop, the following topics will be covered: art of dancing (cross-genre), musicality, understanding and perception of frequencies, and their application. This workshop is aimed at movement artists of all styles and also at creatives who work with music or have an interest in music/dance, from beginners to advanced. It will teach how we connect with music and deepen our understanding. There is more to explore than what we hear. How is music structured and how do we use our hearing to deepen our dance? What layers are hidden in the music and how can we train our hearing? Understanding rhythms and playfully incorporating them into our dance are among the topics of this masterclass.
